He was always polite, courteous, punctual, and most importantly listened to what I wanted and delivered the work to a very high standard. He was also able to offer ideas (as requested) for what I could do with other areas of our garden, whilst never being 'pushy' or attempting to upsell his services. There is no greater review than asking for further work to be undertaken, and I have asked Liam to now quote me for a second small garden project. Would not hesitate to recommend. - Get in touchWilliam failed to achieve any improvement. He failed to carry out the work using the materials he stated in his quote and contract with us. We are pensioners in our 70s who naively paid him £650 in cash for doing three and a half hours work that has made the problem worse. He blamed us for saying we accepted him not doing the job properly, he refused to give us an invoice or receipt for our money and will not respond to our requests to find a resolution. This has been a very stressful and upsetting experience for us and we are now left not knowing what to do.Latest review:Insulation-
