We arranged a time and date, and I was very surprised to find that he could come the following day ! probably due to the small job that needed undertaking. He arrived on time, and was throughly professional that whole time he was here. He wore his mask, and gave me a few tips before he left. I was very surprised at the cost, as I am sure any other firm would have charged me double the amount. I was very pleased with the outcome and gave him an extra £5.00. I have NEVER given anybody a 10 for any work that I have had done, but had no hesitation in giving William 10/10.
