Very helpful and knowledgeable to find and address the leak

Michael and his team turned up to give me an estimate but when they saw the severity of the job, we agreed a price and they got it done straightaway. They even offered to return should any problems arise with the work. I'll definitely contact them again if I need any plumbing works done and will recommend them too.

Michael is a lovely and kind person. He came on time and started the job, covered the stairs and inspected the problem, explained along the way what he was going to do and kept reassuring me, not to stress and that he will have it sorted. Protected the furniture, did the repairs, stopped the leak, cleaned the work area and took the rubbish with them. His two work men were clean and tidy and polite. Im very happy with the job. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him highly. Thank you Micheal.

You will regret. At the beginning he was kind, but then he just turned! We had a fixed price but he made up stuff that apparently needed fixing too. I said, ok....later on more stuff needed fixing and that's when I said "no". As I couldn't afford to pay more. Once he left the house, he pressured me into paying asap. I was just away from my phone for 1-2 hours, and had 5 missed calls and 3 messages when I returned! It was scary. He is a nice guy but if he doesn't get want he wants, he turns really bad. I'm sure he will write some excuse below as a response, but I don't mind. I don't benefit from writing this review, I'm just doing it to warn & protect others.

My 78 year old mother-in-law with Parkinson's shower broke down, SM Maintenance arrived the day of contact, diagnosed the problem and after agreeing a fair price ordered the replacement parts needed to fix the shower. Once the parts were in they were fitted. Fair price, punctual and polite, know their stuff. Thank you SM for looking after a vulnerable lady.

Recommended Michael to work with him. My experiences with him is great. He committed to come after he promised. And given good suggestions.

Great service. Turned up within 1 hour of us agreeing a price and finished the job super quickly. It was an emergency call out so the speed of response was appreciated. They even advised me on what tools to buy so I could clear the blockage by myself next time.

I do not easily give a bad review as i know it impacts people but this is to help others not to make a bad choice. Flush didn't work while i was away and had guests in my house. So I needed an urgent work. Positives: SM turned up quite swiftly and made sure the flush works. Quoted £330 for the job (seemed excessive but i was away and had no choice ) . Promised: 2 years warranty, invoice and photos.3 weeks on no invoice or photos. An a warranty seems a bit of a joke considering what follows. Upon my return home after 2 weeks post repair - the toilet after flushing makes terrible noise for 3 minutes. Contacted SM about the issue. 13th Jan he said he will turn up to fix it. Didn't turn up, no response to any messages on that day when i sat around waiting for him. 14th Jan (Sunday) messaged him to esquire. No response. 15th Jan (Monday) messaged to say its not ok, will leave a bad feedback. Received a call saying it was Sunday and he was spending time with family hence not responded. Decided to ignore the fact that he actually didn't turn up on the day before as he promised Agreed to fix it After that been chasing him all over this week for a date to fix. Finally Agreed on 20th Jan (today). Made sure I am at home just he didn't turn up again. i am giving up and looking for another plumber to fix whats left after SM. I didn't find a company under that name in companies house and the payment was asked to be made to a personal account.
