Called immediately and gave me an estimate over the phone, arrived to do the work within the hour, completed the work about 45 minutes later. Sink is unblocked and working great. Recommended.

10/10 for service. My tenants informed me the toilet flush was not working. Michael immediately went to attend. Then my tenants phoned him while he was on route, to say it was working and no need for him to attend. Michael immediately phoned me and the job was cancelled. Michael was courteous and very well mannered despite my tenants having messed him around. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends in London and hertfordshire.

I would like to thank SM for fixing and changing my radiators. They did a good job and they were professional, polite, considerate and respected the tenants that were there. I wouldn't hesitate to introduce them to anyone needing similar services.

Hired for what were minor jobs but beyond my abilities. Nick (with whom we dealt) was prompt, arrived when he said he would, assessed the problems and offered to do them there and then. His professionalism and efficiency were most impressive; he was personable and kept me informed about what he was doing. His charge was most reasonable (especially for a weekend!) and I would have no hesitation in using him again, or indeed recommending him to others. An outstanding service.
