Hello I’ll see you posted a negative feedback I didn’t turn up because my child got rushed into hospital Thursday night and he was in there all over the weekend I’m sure if you have children I’m in a child gets rushed to hospital your mind just goes and all you’re thinking about is the poor child which is in hospital I’m sorry if I caused you any inconvenience but my priority at that time was my child to make sure that he was getting better and that was making sure he was getting out of hospital as it was very serious if you was a parent you would understand this if you could remove the Negative rating I’ll be very grateful I I did not agree to do this job it was only going to have a look at the job and he shortlisted more than one person anyway

We admit that we overstretched ourselves when talking on this job and let the customer down We mutually agreed to pay for an independent builder to finish the work off We was under the impression that the customer was happy with this Agreement until we discovered this negative feedback We then offered the customer £500 refund for the inconvenience caused of which she bluntly refused so please ignore this negative feedback as this customer is obviously adement on ruining our business
