They have deep skill and expertise not only around plumbing, central heating and trace and access, but also carpentry and drainage. They are very knowledgeable about the specifics of insurance processes, and helped us to work closely with our buildings insurance to get to the root of our issues and to make the first steps towards fixing (multiple) leaks before getting to the remediation work. We booked Michael immediately, him and his team found the leak and fixed it, having had two unsuccessful attempts by other plumbers.
