Michael, Nick and their super cute mini apprentice were kind, respectful and able to figure out the issue with my radiator within seconds - then fixed the problem within minutes. I was beyond happy! Really impressed and would recommend to all my friends and family. 10/10.

Michael and his colleague responded quickly, came and identified the problem at the flat, and fixed it without delays. They were friendly, and left the flat in a decent state after they were done with changing the pipes and putting the bathtub back into its place. The problem I had with the pipes seems to be resolved, and they have assured me that they offer a guarantee for a year on their work.

Michael & Nick showed up today and were friendly and explained clearly what was likely to be involved. In the end, we determined the leak was actually from the roof... not a plumbing job at all. Charged a reasonable minimum price. I'd call them again if I had a problem.
