S.E.M maintenance services reviews (85)

Full loft insulation by Simon and I’m VERY pleased with the work. From my first enquiry to completion of work was just a few days, carpet protection was the first thing that was done. I now have 300+m of insulation which will make a big difference to my home plus heating bills. I have no hesitation in recommending S.E.M Maintenance Services, a very pleasant person who knew what he was talking about. Cleaned up after the job was done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

Very professional approach to the job. Completed to a high standard. Lovely job done...

Simon's team carried out the work to top quality standard. I was talked through everything, time keeping was very good. As the work could only be carried out in the dry Simon let me know in advance when his team would be on site. He was very open and honest about everything including completion time expectations and he responded to every question we asked him. I could not have asked for a better tradespeople. Once the work was completed everything was left neat and tidy.

A very decent job, quote was fair and included actual work to be done instead of a vague price. Not the cheapest but good quality of work and a very nice team

Simon is a top class professional who carried out the work to top quality standard. He talked us through everything and was really good with his time keeping. He was very open and honest about everything including completion time expectations and he responded to every question we asked him. We could not have asked for a better tradesperson. Would like to thank the two other guys he had with him. The trio did a fantastic job. And left the place neat and tidy

I was very happy with the way this job was carried out. Carpet protection was laid before the work started, and everything was kept clean and tidy. When the job was complete, I was shown photos of the loft before and after the installation was completed.

Simon and his team were very professional, reliable and trustworthy. Simon kept me up to date when he was on his way and when he was finishing for the day. He also took the time to advise me on the next steps I should take in my building work which was very appreciated. I was very happy with the standard and quality of his work and would definitely use him again in the future.

Simon and his team are very friendly, punctual, tidy and trustworthy. Simon kept me up to date ok progress and alerted me to any potential new overheads immediately. Simon coordinated various work including floor fitting skirting fitting plastering and decorating. I would recommend Simon and his associates for any related job. It means so much to have a reliable and trustworthy trades person, great piece of mind and the team worked hard to tidy up so well after themselves! Great value for money too. Thank you Simon and special mention to Mark who had some tricky and untidy areas to make good;/) 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

What a lovely guy came free of charge to give us a quote exactly when he said he would then fit us in a week later. Did the whole loft in a day and half kept me upto date with texts of him on the way. Very clean covered my stairs and landing also took his rubbish away. Really is a lovely guy very pleased with the outcome well recommended.
