    Repointing of chimney
    Excellent job done fairly priced. Kept fully informed of what was needing to be done and shown before and after pictures which was really helpful and enabled me to see that the work they stated was needed was in fact carried out. Would recommend them and would be happy to have this company carry out any further work I might need doing in the future

    Replace guttering
    Douglas did the guttering and repointed my chimney. Job done well and would definitely have him to do any other roofing jobs I need doing.

    Repair
    Good lads.. after a previous roofer left me in a poor situation with my roof convincing me the job was done right the first time and it hadn’t been,, I called mr douglas ward and he sorted my roof out properly and promptly. All the lads were good at what they did and very knowledgeable..would recommend highly.

    Turned up on time, did what he said he would do for the price we had agreed and left everything tidy. Would recommend.

    I cannot speak highly enough of Douglas. He arrived on Monday afternoon after our conversation on Sunday. He offered to carry out and complete the work the next working day. He arrived with his team of men, and worked very hard all day, paying attention to detail and displaying thoroughness throughout. He was very fair with the price and even tidied a few odds and ends up from the goodness of his heart. I would most certainly use this company again. Thank you so much!

    Flat roof repair with rubber membrane.
    Getting my flat roof re - covered was an absolute nightmare. I cannot express the frustration involved in dealing with this company. It took Three attempts to get a passable job done. I have the photos of the bodge jobs done including a patch on the newly laid roof. When l phoned about patching a new roof the answer l got was " All flat roofing has patches". I'd just coughed up £2300 for a new flat roof. Be very careful if you use this company and be prepared for lots of hassle.

    Fitted a new rubber flat roof for this gentleman unfortunately one of my roofers had made a mistake and tried covering it up with out telling me, when the customer rang to tell me that he had noticed a patch on the roof I come back stripped the full job and fitted brand new rubber to the roof to a very high standerd as there has not been any leeks over the past 7 month So I don’t understand why the customer has waited until now to leave a negative comment.... also just for all the inconvenience I re-pointed all the gentleman’s ridge tiles free of charge when I usually charge £400-£600 for them pointing. You can’t please everyone sometimes it’s just the way it is... thank you from Douglas at MD roofing specialist

    Ridge tile repointing
    Excellent service from start to finish. Explained what was needed and quoted over the phone as well as in writing. Was able to complete the job straightaway and got us to check what had been done prior to payment. Very professional throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Will definitely use again.

    Damp around chimney stack
    Douglas got to the job quick and sorted out the roofing problem for a reasonable price. I would recommend him.

    Repairs to front fascia and gutters
    Excellent, Douglas was so professional and honest and his team were so efficient and did a fantastic job. Wouldn't hesitate in having them do further work should it be needed.
