All this in very trying conditions during a heatwave! They turned up on time and were cheerful and polite. They took before and after pictures of the work and left the area clean and tidy. Review left on 15 Jul 2021Rating: 5 out of 5Possible roof leak (investigate & repair)Came out next day after speaking on the phone, filmed while up on the roof investigating the issue so I could so what was wrong, also discovered an issue with the ridge tiles while on the roof, again video evidence shown. They were able to carry out the the repairs then and there and took photos of the finished work to show me. Works guaranteed for 5 years. The work was done immediately and to a high standard. Not only did Douglas repair the valley gutters but he cleaned our gutters and installed trays at the same time. Douglas was professional and pleasant and obviously knows his job.
