Douglas was very responsive to my ad and arranged to visit the very next day. He undertook a thorough survey of where we thought the issue was, and also highlighted a couple of other areas of concern than we were unaware of. He took photos to clearly explain to us what needed doing and why, and then quoted what I believe was a very fair price.
Douglas knew I was desperate to get the work completed due to poor weather forecast and visited the day after with 3 lads who completed the works neatly and tidily within a few hours. All waste was cleared up and disposed of, and I received before/after photos of works undertaken, all of which is guaranteed for 5 years. Additionally, my chimney stack was re-flashed and my gutters cleared out free of charge whilst the lads were up there. The entire team was polite and respectful of my property, and I cannot recommend MD Roofing enough. Their feedback record on My Builder speaks for itself.
