Great boiler service and repair

Terry was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He patiently showed and explained to me all the required testing and results to indicate the boiler's condition. He was honest and wouldn't recommend any unnecessary service/parts. I was confidence that he did a professional and reliable job. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Terry is very professional and does his job very efficiently. I have requested for an early appointment and he has fit my job into his busy schedule. I hired him for a strip level service but after seeing the boiler he advised it requires lesser expensive service as it is in good condition. I appreciate his honesty in the job. Highly recommended. I don't hesitate to call him again for any other work.

Terry is a very professional Gas Engineer. He responded to my enquiry very quick and turned up on time. He managed to fix the boiler and issued me the gas certificate as requested. I would recommend people for his service.

Terry was quick to respond to my ad. From the first call he was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the fault over the phone and advise what was required. Terry was very prompt and professional when he came to visit, he fixed the issue in good time and advised us on other issue. Terry fitted our boiler, so it was great to have him return and give it a service and fit the thermostats. He was pleasant to work with and completed the job to a high standard.

Terry installed a unvented cylinder to help maintain the water flow to our waterfall shower head. Terry took time to consider and discuss options, and also because of the tight spaces involved, he had a do a bit of research into what could fit in, and I am pleased with the space it's taken up, capacity and the pipework installed. Because we have a 4 month old baby, keeping the heating on during the winter months was important, so he pre-plumbed all the pipework/controls offsite, so that it would be ready to plumb in when at the house with minimal downtime. Very much appreciated! This involved draining the heating system, plumbing it all in, testing and adding a Nest thermostat. When the Nest instructions were not correct/complete Terry called Nest customer support directly to sort out the issue there and then. All in all it took under a day to install the system and it works great. He was also very patient, as this was for a second bathroom, which had endless delays. He also noted potential issues that maybe happening due the a previous plumbing installation (using non full bore valves to the shower) I will def get him back to check the pipework of the previous plumber....
