The job was carried out quickly, Terry even went out his way to get it complete. Great communication, job well done. Good service at reasonable rate. I'm very happy, would definitely recommend this engineer and use him again.

Terry was great, a lovely guy and he fixed our boiler issue quicker than expected and even reduced his quote according to the shortened time he'd spent. He kindly sourced a spare part for our boiler which was much cheaper than the going rate online which also brought the bill down. Our boiler is now nicely fixed, washing machine and gas cooker unhooked so we're ready to move. I'll definitely be asking Terry if he can do the work in our new house. thank you!

Terry's service is fantastic. I hired him to do the annual service and landlord certificate at a rented property. He responded to me promptly, and contacted the tenants to arrange access. When he found issues that needed attention, he phoned me, talked me through and gave me advice on the options to resolve the problems. He even provided photographic evidence of the issues for my records. Just the way I like to work. Terry provides a friendly, professional service. I would highly recommend him.

Very pleased with Terry's service. He was very quick in contacting us, sending all information requested and arranging an initial site visit, and was prompt to arrive and let us know what was happening all through the job. Terry talked us thoroughly through what we needed and what he would recommend, helped us decide what type of boiler and radiators were most suitable, and was ready to give us information at every stage. A few snags were encountered in accessing parts of the heating, but Terry stayed as long as necessary to resolve them and still kept to his original quote for the work. A professional service, and we would recommend him and use him again.
