    Boiler leaking

    We had an issue with our boiler leaking on Sunday evening. Scott got in touch straightaway, assessed the issue from pictures I sent him and got the make/model. He came the next day, replaced the part and flushed the system - all for the agreed price. Really quick, really professional and really friendly. Would definitely recommend.

    Fit outdoor tap from 1st floor flat

    Scott and chris did a great job in replacing my some twisted pipes and fitting an outdoor tap. They were polite, tidy and easy to deal with and did the job for a reasonable price. I would be happy to use them again.

    Replace toilet flushing mechanism, and shutoff valve

    Scott and Chris did a great job for us. Great communication, 'can-do' attitude, and left me feeling like I've finally found a good plumber/gas engineer that we can come back to again and again.

    Replace electric hot water cylinder

    Valiant boiler not turning on possible electrical fault

    Scott's communication was very good and he arrived promptly at the agreed time. He was quick to identify the reason why our boiler was not working. He fixed the PCB board in our boiler and was very methodical in checking that the issue would not arise again. We would definitely use Gas Safety Medic again.

    Leaking garden tap - needs replacing

    Came the same day we spoke, sorted out the problem with total efficiency and now coming back to do more work on our boiler. Absolutely fantastic service.

    Replace pressure reducing valve and Expansion vessel

    Scott and team did a good job. The communication was clear throughout, the work carried out quickly and to a high standard. Very happy with the end result. Would certainly hire again for future jobs.

    Install new Combi Bolier

    Scott and Chris did a great job. Scott came out for an initial inspection to make sure there would be no surprises once the job got started and we then agreed a date to do the work. They were on time and did a very neat and tidy job on an exteremely hot day. The new boiler is working well and the water pressure in the shower is nice and strong one again. I was very pleased with the work they did and immediately hired them to fix an issue in another property. Again they were prompt, polite, professional and solved the problem. I definitely recommened Gas Satety Medic.
