Chris and his team remained professional and patient whilst dealing with our works, as due to discovery of a high level of asbestos the project plan had to be adjusted several times prior to the works being agreed with six different landlords before going ahead. We were pleased to have had the works completed last week ahead of the autumn. I would highly recommend Chris and his team.

We needed a roof survey completed at short notice prior to agreeing the purchase of a property. Chris and the team responded immediately to the request, contacted me over the weekend to arrange a fixed price survey within 48hrs. The survey was completed on the day agreed, with a detailed report and incredible quality drone photos provided on the same day. Excellent service and would use again without hesitation.

After meeting a few companies, I found Chris to be very professional and direct. He quoted promptly without a forced sale. The job was completed in a timely manner and to a high standard. All rubbish was cleared. I would use Empire again and highly recommend the services.

From initial estimate to completion Chris Mills was very professional and always available to speak to for any queries. It was a large job, fully insulating the roof of our workshop. The guys arrived on time, worked continuously (no skipping off to do another job!) and cleared everything up after themselves each night. No problem recommending Empire.

Great job done! Chris came to review my flatroof that needed replacing and within hours had sent me a detailed quote. His team answered my many questions and did the job quickly and well. Pictures were sent for all stages of the roof replacement and no mess was left. Would definitely use again for any roofing issues. Also got a 20 year guarantee.

Overall, work was done well and completed on time, so can recommend chris for value and quality of the work. Unfortunately, a number of small items to watch for: - we were left with water ingress in 5 different locations as proper care to avoid this was not taken - When laying down felt, the team started a small fire INSIDE our property which did not escalate only because we were present. - Despite these two issues and the fact he quoted wrongly for a scafolding alarm, Chris showed no commercial gestures other than apologising Therefore would rank the overall experience as Neutral. Clearly a very positive experience for the finished product, but unfortunately with the remedial work inside our property now and the lack of commercial gesture from Chris, difficult to rank the overall job above a neutral.

Chris and he's team done a fantastic job on our extension roof! We previously had a bad experience with other local recommended roofers that hadn't done a professional job. Chris didn't charge us much to put right what other guys had done wrong and we are most grateful! after yesterdays heavy down pore the roof is totally water tight and overall the finish is very neat. We would highly recommend Chris and would definitely use him again in the future.

Very good company to deal with. The price was very reasonable. Chris, the director came himself look at the job to be done initially and he was very professional and pleasant to talk to. On the day of the job he sent a team of two , Adam and nick who very friendly , hardworking , and good mannered. The job was completed to a very high standard and professionally done. They cleaned up everything afterwards. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent work by a very professional company. From quotation to completion, Empire kept me fully informed. The flat roof replacement work was carried out to an extremely high level and the finish is nigh on perfect. The company even replaced a damaged downpipe that their crew discovered while working, free of charge. I recommend this company unreservedly and would not hesitate to engage them in any future work.
