Absolutely fantastic service from Chris and his team. Right from the start he called me on a Saturday afternoon to arrange for his surveyor to come round on Monday Quote followed within an hour of the inspection and the works programmed within a couple of weeks The guys were polite prompt and did a really quality job Have already recommended Empire to both neighbours and have no hesitation in recommending them!

Chris and his staff were friendly and approachable. They were very helpful, and professional in the advice given and the service provided. Tidied up and left my property as they found it. Would highly recommend!

Good job by Chris team. Scaffolding team was slightly disappointing as they did not replace the access panels correctly when they left although they were advised beforehand.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job. Solid communication throughout, reliable timings, comprehensive quote that detailed the exact work. My job required scaffolding which was fully arranged, and with all debris and materials being disposed of after the job - I would not hesitate to use Empire again!

Empire provided a clear explanation as to the best course of action for the roof repair and completed the work on time. While not the cheapest of the six or seven quotes I received, talking to Chris inspired confidence that they were the right company to choose. The team could have been a little better prepared as they weren’t aware that they would be bringing the waste back through the house for disposal but brought the correct covers on the second day to allow clearance. The work looks good and was carried out to a high standard. I would certainly use them again but hopefully the long guarantee means I won’t have to think about my roof for years to come!

The surveyor was very professional in his assessment of my flat roof. All the company employees we came into contact with were attentive, pleasant and very helpful. The actual roofers were very proficient and did an excellent job of replacing my flat roof. In addition, they were very personable, helpful and considerate. They cleared up afterwards and had a skip to remove all the rubbish. Overall they were superb and the company was a pleasure to deal with.
