Empire UPVC & Roofing Specialists LTD reviews (491)

Brilliant service. Showed up early. Got the job done with minimum fuss and even allowed for my unreasonable demand. Highly recommended. Great customer service and telephone etiquette.

Chris Mills arranged for his workmen to call down at a short notice for my roof tiles to be replaced due to leak in my room. Workmen were pleasant and done the job quick and effectively. The job was value for money and would recommend using Empire roofers . I would use them again for any other roof jobs. Thanks again Chris for professional work.

Excellent and professional service from start to finish. From quotation to finished job. Reliable, honest expertise and a quick installation date( and this was during the Christmas period). Chris’s team turned up On time, extremely courteous, went the extra mile of spotting a cracked roof tile and strategically placed a tile vent preventing further damage. I cannot speak more highly of Chris and his Team. I would highly recommend Chris Mills and his team and would only use this company again for my roofing needs. Thank you Empire UPVC for treating the individual as you would the larger businesses and taking care of your local customers with such professionalism.

Absolutely fantastic service from Chris and his team. Right from the start he called me on a Saturday afternoon to arrange for his surveyor to come round on Monday Quote followed within an hour of the inspection and the works programmed within a couple of weeks The guys were polite prompt and did a really quality job Have already recommended Empire to both neighbours and have no hesitation in recommending them!

Chris and his staff were friendly and approachable. They were very helpful, and professional in the advice given and the service provided. Tidied up and left my property as they found it. Would highly recommend!

Helped repair our roof in an hour. Quick and friendly service.

Good job by Chris team. Scaffolding team was slightly disappointing as they did not replace the access panels correctly when they left although they were advised beforehand.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job. Solid communication throughout, reliable timings, comprehensive quote that detailed the exact work. My job required scaffolding which was fully arranged, and with all debris and materials being disposed of after the job - I would not hesitate to use Empire again!

Can't praise this company enough. Came out quickly to asses the job and i received the quote within an hour. They did a brilliant job in quick time, very professional and friendly team. I was desperate to get my roof fixed and they fitted me in really quick. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend this company or use them again myself. A*
