Empire UPVC & Roofing Specialists LTD reviews (491)

Excellent service and communication. Many thanks

This company exceed on professionalism. Quick to respond to inquiry. competitively priced. Would highly recommend for cladding.

The team were very professional and reliable and did a good job to ensure the work was completed to a high standard, even working in very hot weather on a Saturday morning which was appreciated. The work on the skylight was particularly impressive. Thanks to the team.

I was very impressed with the work carried out by Empire. The guys were very professional and friendly to deal with. The changed our fascias, soffits and gutters for a reasonable price and they look really good now, makes a good difference to our house.

Chris and the team did a great job replacing our flat roof. Chris contacted me over the weekend to book the survey and the team were able to start a couple days later to fit around us and other building work. The team were kind and tidy and the job was done to a great standard.

Empire replaced some felt upstands and flashing on a flat roof, and re-seated ridge tiles and pitched roof. Steve attended the site. He was trustworthy, experienced and confident in his assessment. This was reassuring after not getting clear answers from other roofers who came to quote. Chris was easily available and clear. After highlighting some snagging, an additional date was booked in and the issue fixed. Although I'm not a roofer, the work looks to be of a high standard and the site was left clean and tidy. Empire were professional from start to finish.

Excellent job on my flat roof carried out by two efficient and courteous roofers. Would definitely consider Empire for any future works.

Excellent service right from the survey through to the professionalism of the job completed supported by a high level of customer care. I would recommend Empire Roofing without hesitation.

I’d be happy for them to do more work for me They were happy to quote for my relatively small repair job They gave me a competitive price and charge was consistent with the estimate They were able to fit the work in and complete it promptly They come across as a professional team, including the office support, but are very approachable They were reliable, keeping me informed, providing estimate and carrying out work at agreed time Carried work out quickly on the day and left the site tidy It hasn’t rained since the work was done so I don’t have experience of the effect of the repair. But, based on the photos taken of the work in progress, I feel confident it will be effective and, based on my interactions with them, they’d fix any problem which did arise

Workers polite and unobstructive, carried out agreed work very quickly and cleaned up afterwards as well. We are aware that the roof will need more work in the future and anticipate having no problems using Empire for this when we can afford it. Initial visit/ survey was factual and detailed with no hard sell - which to be fair I only felt I got from one other company. Pleasure to work with.
