Heating problem
(Updated on 5 Nov 2019)Good attendance but with hidden charges which were never disclosed prior to taking the job.
attendance charges after fault finding were requested before pticeeding with parts and labour. Just wish I was made aware of this as we need budgeting. I queried this but was advised this is all on their website. Unfortunately, this is not mentioned at all. After that parts and labour another price. Due to exhirbitant charges I could not proceed with completion of the job. On checking on part cost this was twice the price on usual spares2go and other shops.
Good in the job but you need to be prepared to pay for it. I always have to budget but this was out of my budget.
Well established company for those ready to spend.

Thank you for your feedback,however I do feel it was a bit harsh as I came out inspect the job at a fairly late hour due to your own request .Obviously there is a charge for attending which as I mentioned also includes the first hour on site,this is clearly mentioned in my introduction on the my builder site. In regards to the material cost, I always give the customer the option to purchase materials themselves as I am well aware that prices vary from different outlets ,if the customer prefers that I collect materials then I am obviously going to expect payment upfront for the materials only . I never ask for labour money until job is complete.
