The boiler engineer was extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He arrived within an hour of me posting the job — very impressive — and quickly diagnosed the problem accurately. Two days later, he returned with the part and repaired the boiler, which is now working perfectly. I’m really happy with his work and grateful for how quickly he helped me out. I’ll definitely keep in touch and use his services again. Many thanks for the excellent service!
