However, the cost reflected the supply of a manufacturer-approved expansion vessel, replacement seals, safe system drainage and repressurisation, full testing, and labour. The total also included our workmanship guarantee. Pricing was discussed the day before the work was carried out, when our engineer travelled from Manchester to your property in Wigan to assess the job and explain what was required. He then returned the following day to complete the work. The quoted price was agreed prior to proceeding, and there was no obligation to go ahead.
