    Faulty boiler
    Told me the fault but didn't offer to fix. Charged V.A.T. and yet no receipt!!! Pointles

    Cooker gas pipe
    Very happy with the work and service from gas fitter. Not only he change the fitting on my cooker pipe but he also checked my gas boiler too. And he passed the cooker and boiler. I would recommended this tradesman, and i would use him again. Thank you

    No central heating
    The guy who came out fixed a very tricky problem with real determination. The initial issue wasn’t fixed and he still came back twice including installing a wireless solution for free. Very highly recommended

    Today Friday 25th feb ideally job needs doing !
    Not at all happy with the work done. Granted I posted a job in the morning and he arrived the same day early evening on a Friday. However regardless this the job didn’t warrant 2 hours charge. £95 first hour and £75 second. Parts charged £26. Total £196 to take a small radiator off the wall and cap the plastic speedfit pipes. The issue that really annoyed me was hacking the plaster board open and cutting through a stud so there was no footing support on the wall. He Used my multi tool to cut this out. The right way with such a small 10mm pipe would have been cut the channel in the plaster board and then to drill a hole through the stud and feed it through. Instead I have had to go back and fix this hack job to get the stud supported so the ceiling will not sag. Just to rub salt into the wound all the mess was left In a pile on the floor. When paying him, i paid in part cash and part bank transfer. He did not want the payment to go in to he company name but to his personal account this rang alarm bells and red flags I shouldn’t of paid but wanted him gone. He did ask me what I did for work and I declined to answer. I should have revealed at this point I’m an former tax man, and due to this experience I will be forwarding details to my contacts at the tax office in Manchester, due to the unusual nature he requested he be paid. Payment made into a personal bank account, Unusual for a Ltd company. Needless to say I will not be asking him to do anymore work.

    Thank you for your feedback . We welcome feedback both positive and even negative as it helps us to improve our business, a bunch of lies however benefits nobody especially after you thanked the engineer in person and you emphasised how happy you were with the work,then almost a week later you left this nonsense as a review. A couple of points to clarify , Our engineers are specifically trained not to use any tools other than their own,they never leave any mess behind and take before and after photos to prove how they left the site,this then covers them against accusations such as the ones made by you. We are an established company and accept all forms of payment as to satisfy our customer requirements. Please do go ahead and report me to the Tax office if indeed your claim which you mentoined in your review be a former 'Tax Man' wasn't also fabricated.
