After i left NEUTRAL feedback, Brett called me, being very aggressive in an attempt to intimidate me as a result of the feedback i left, which was balanced. He then threatened to cancel the Hetas certificate for the job, when i told him i could request this directly from Hetas he said that he would tell them it shouldnt be signed off, which is strange because its his company that completed the job so if it shouldnt be signed off its because he didnt have it installed correctly, just goes to show the mentality of Brett. He also responded to my feedback saying that he had to wait for payment? Funny that is, as i paid a 650 deposit and the remainder on the day that the job was done? These pesky banks making people wait 2 minutes for online transfers. Anyway, i have made my builder aware of how Brett conducts himself, i will also make Hetas aware that he uses their certificates as pawns in his personal game of chess. Thankfully, as Brett does not take kindly to criticism, i found some competitively priced security cameras to protect my property.
