Quick, efficient, polite and good value - and they actually arrived - unlike the previous company who failed to show and didn't tell us! The chaps requested permission from our neighbour to go onto his land to do the job (gutter repairs) and left everything clean and neat. They also asked if we were happy with the job before leaving (we were). Highly recommended.

I used baileys roof care to renew my garage and carport roofs. They did a good job and always turned up on time. The job was completed on time. A little extra extra work was carried out whilst on site at no additional cost. Good job.

The flat roof on the garage and the house roof were completed. The work was done on time, some days in very poor weather conditions. The men were polite and generally quiet and the final clean-up well done.

Great job, explained thoroughly the job in hand and what was required to fix the leak in the roof. The team kept me up to date of what they were doing during the job. A good finish and once complete the team took the waste with them to dispose of.

Very prompt. The job started a few days after I received and accepted their quote. Did not use jargon. If I did not understand they were happy to explain. If there was a problem, they ensured it was rectified and I was satisfied with the fix before leaving. Cleaned up to a reasonable standard. Workmen very happy, even when working in the rain!!!

There has now been time for us to fully evaluate the new guttering that Baileys have installed. We have had periods of heavy rain since the installation and the Baileys guttering has done its job completely and is a marked improvement on the original ill fitted product. Baileys' fitters Liam and Ben worked hard and most efficiently under unpleasant weather conditions and were very helpful and friendly. Tom Bailey managed the the project well letting us know what was going on and I would have no hesitation in using Bailey's Roof Care again.

A great job. Tom the surveyor soon discovered where the problems were and they were able to make a start right away. Liam and his mate worked non stop through rain and strong winds to complete the work to a very high standard. All the rubbish from the job has been removed and the scaffolding is coming down tomorrow. All in all an excellent job, we were kept fully informed of what was happening throughout the work and I would thoroughly recommend Bailey Roof Care to do a good value for money job.

Was delayed due to bad weather but once started, the job was done in less than an hour. Very reasonably priced, and very polite.
