    Leaking flat conservatory roof

    The work didn't really solve the problem and Martin did promise to come back if it still was an issue but....I lost confidence in him and decided to get it resolved elsewhere.

    Flat Roof and Terrace Repairs

    Martin and his team were really efficient, I really appreciated how transparent he was in person and in his invoices. He kept me up to date with the work and pricing was extremely fair.

    Leaking roof

    On 3/10/202 I employed Martin Mongan, of MCM Property Maintenance, obtained through this website, to instal lead flashing round the chimney on my roof. He charged me £550. I now find that no lead was installed, only a thin line of mastic, covered by a coat of silver paint for appearance's sake. On no account should this firm be trusted.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Yes we did install Flashing and sealed it It hasn't leaked since I think its unfair to assume we never and Flashing has also weathered

    Chimney flashing - 2 story house.

    Lay stone setts, fence and bike shed in front garden

    Overall a good job. John worked hard and efficiently, and solved some technical issues along the way. We can see over our hedge too now- thanks Martin!

    New patio and garden path

    Timely, efficient and tidy workman. Garden patio and pathway relaid and looks great for summer. Would recommend Martin and his team.
