WF Homecare were prompt in coming out to quote and we initially felt confident hiring them. The front fascia, soffit and guttering were installed a few days later. As it had not rained at that point, we then proceeded with having the rear fascia, soffit and guttering replaced. However, as soon as it rained we had leaks at both the front and back. I emailed the business owner, who attempted a fix, but when it rained again the same leaks appeared. I emailed again but received no reply, and later managed to speak to him in person. A second attempt to fix the leaks was carried out, and I will see what happens in the next rainfall. There are other general standard issues, but I have focused on the main point here. Also for both jobs we paid him promptly. Yet but both jobs he emailed me within 1/4 hour of sending his invoices, chasing payment! Based on the workmanship issues, the communication difficulties, and our overall experience with the company, we would not hire WF Homecare again.
