He is a very easy person to deal with and always gave reassurance and positive updates along the way. Always responded as promised and carried out job within the timescales agreed. He completed the job well and I am very happy with the plastering and tiling he has completed in my bathroom. Neat and conscientious worker and always left the place clean when he left at the end of the day.
