I also a maintenance service which includes the following Plumbing Tiling Carpentry Floor sanding and refinishing. Should you require a service not listed please ask. I am happy to provide references if required. I currently have a £85 minimum charge which covers up to 4 hours labour, after which I charge £20 per hour or part hour.
