I'm also a qualified tutor in Plastering / Bricklaying / tiling and 1st and 2nd fix Carpentry! PETTLS/CETTLS and DETTLS.
Firstly, amazing job, took tiling up in such a short space of time and left it very clean, so can’t fault him there. Turned up 3 hours late though and only 1 person instead of the agreed 2. Meant further work for me and my family afterwards, having to take the tiling and floorboards down two flights of stairs in huge chunks - costing the same even though it was less of a job. Edit: Discussed prior regarding removal of the tiles down the stairs with me and my Dad. I appreciate the language. Constructive criticism is hard to take, I understand.

Detailed Carpentry did a great job refurbishing our staircase. Josh replaced a railing to match the others, fixed a broken base, reinstalled spindles, and painted and stained everything to look like new. We will be hiring Detailed Carpentry for other projects in future.
