Jim was absolutely first class from initial home visit, quote, and then starting the job. He went above and beyond on what turned out to be a nightmare of a job. He had to do more work than he thought and smash through layers of concrete. Always with a smile. He was highly amusing to watch and a very personable guy. Never once asked for more than initially quoted. I would highly recommend. He is clearly a very skilled builder, and takes pride in his work.
