Andy delivered what he’d promised and exceeded expectations. From first contact in April to completion today (15th July) he has been courteous, professional and has consulted us as necessary as the work has progressed. Problems that were not obvious when he attended site to work up his quotation were all addressed and without exceeding his original quotation. Andy and the tradesmen he uses for work he needs support with are thoroughly reliable. He turned up when he said he would and came back to finish off at a weekend, which was appreciated. We would highly recommend Parnaby Property Developments.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I think sometimes it is important to do so. Dan agreed to do the job at the end of November and now, almost 4 weeks later, after several no shows, broken promises, poor communication and no replies to texts, I have had to find somebody else to do the work. To be fair, maybe this is a one off as the other reviews seem good and I would suggest to give him a go if you have any small jobs that need doing. I have now found a reliable professional who has done the job at a cheaper price. You've got to laugh though, as I am sure Dan is a good handyman but, as for professionalism and integrity.....forget it!!

Wayne and his team did a phenomenal job removing our old fence and creating a new one in its place. He was fast but thorough. He took away the old fence and left the area completely spotless. Not everyone we spoke to would take the old fence away. His prices were extremely reasonable and creating a booking was simple and fast. It only took one day, where other guys claimed the job would take a few days. I would highly recommend Wayne and his work. He was kind, courteous, friendly, and very approachable. He showed us examples of his work and also includes a warranty with everything he does. We will definitely be calling him back for more work around the house in the near future.

Darren has just completed plastering a large bedroom for me and his work was excellent. When he viewed the room he was very thorough in his examination of what needed to be done. His quote was very reasonable and he kept me updated on his progress while he was working. He finished the job quicker than he planned and his price reflected this at the end. He left the room tidy and cleaned up any messes he had made. I would definitely recommend Darren and will be using him again in the future.
