This man came to my daughter’s flat after he got back to me after I said I didn’t want him because he was trying to say it would take more than half a day to do and tried to charge me more than the £90 half day fee plus £14 for his advertisement. He got here late and from the get go he was not happy because I had already made the cat tree all he had to do was put it on the wall. Then when I said he needed to put the one piece he put on the bottom on the top he said it should not go that way because it’s not structurally sound and would not continue until we found the instructions. I told him the instructions were in my head and he was talking to me like I didn’t know what I was doing (He was very misogynistic towards us)I then said I would give him permission on messenger to do the job the way I asked him to and the conversation got a little heated which upset my autistic daughter and he apparently recorded me and sent the video to some social worker and said he did not feel safe here and he left not doing the job so he has not been paid for anything.

Brilliant work, had to come back the next day to finish the work due to accidentally bring the wrong materials but speedy return and didn't request pay until the work was finished. Work was great, cleaned up after himself. Worked so hard on the boiling day we had, never stopped in the hope to get it all done in the day, to reduce any disturbance on my baby. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend as he was very reasonably priced.

Would not recommend. Grouping poor & cracking, tiles not flush causing build up of grime. Cases not fixed properly. Chipped window sill. Flooring starting to move. Didn't want to leave feedback but 2 years on and we are having to have things replaced. Don't want to ask them back as getting them to replace our bath they broke was drama enough. A lot of money spent on this project we'd of never expected to have to touch it for years. Very disappointing

I asked Jon to act as a caretaker/ handyman on the house while we were trying to sell it. He has been absolutely brilliant. Not only did he do the work at a very reasonable price but kept an eye on the property, put money on the heating and returned post. Since we now live very far from the property and it is very difficult to visit this made our lives so much easier. I honestly do not know what we would have done without him. I can recommend him without hesitation and anyone who has a rental property should consider him rather than the firms recommended by estate agents who are much more expensive and often ask for work to be done which is not essential
