Discussed the job on the phone and provided photos of problem and based on his response I asked him to come the following day and do the job. A professional who did the job quickly completing it to a high standard, explaining what he was doing and why. Cleaned up when finished and charged a fair price for his work. Based on his work today have requested Graham to provide quotations for other “need to do” jobs having shown him and discussed what was needed to be done. I believe in good honest work. I'm willing to help anyone as long as there honest and truthful. I'm not the cheapest but I'm definitely not the most expensive plummer out there.
I hired RJN to improve access to my boiler. I posted pictures of the job online and Anthony explained me what he had in mind to fulfil the job. I got the impression he knew better what to do than other engineers I contacted. Before he started working, he covered all the area to prevent damage or dust. After that, in order to gain access to the boiler, he had to disassemble part of a cupboard, cut the bottom part and remove kitchen panels that were strongly stuck in the wall. He later assembled everything back after installing some magnets which allow me now to remove the kitchen panels whenever I need. He was competent, skilled, knowledgeable, constant, affable and clean on the work delivered. I think that the price was competitive for the quality delivered.
