Ricardo didn’t finished the work as agreed. He asked me to let him go pick his daughter from school and he will be back. I paid him agreed amount and 4 weeks later, I’m still chasing him to come and complete the job. He is ignoring my calls and when I call with another number, he picks up. Very distasteful and disgraceful

In December a job was carried out by Mustafa Dervis, a kitchen undersink leakage - there was some misunderstanding re payment due to be not been around so tenants had to pay- I specifically asked to do a transfer for transparancy but he insisted on cash. Fast forward less than 2 months later, the issue has resurfaced again the same leakage . So I sent Mustafa Dervis a message stating unfortunately their a leakage again, should there be a guarantee. I was shocked how rude he was .. I shall not be contacting him again .
