Claudiu did an amazing job in laying my laminate flooring in the hallway. He is a perfectionist and really thinks things through. As the flooring was now higher due to soundproofing, he trimmed all the doors and was thorough with the door trims as the floors are at different levels at the moment. He didn’t stop and worked all the way through. Definitely would recommend him and use him for future works. Thank you C!

Anthony did a very good job of the alterations to the shower room and kitchen. The shower room was retiled, a new shower tray, shower head and controls, shower screen vanity and taps were installed. Anthony also applied opaque film to the window and installed an exhaust fan. In the kitchen Anthony replaced some cabinets to accommodate a bigger fridge, a dishwasher and an extraction hood and he also changed all of the cupboard doors an tiled the splash back. Both rooms have been transformed. We are very happy with the end result.

I highly recommend Abdul. Finding the right professional on MyBuilder can feel like a gamble, but from our first conversation, Abdul was professional and knowledge. He clearly cared about the work asking questions before giving a quote which was very reasonable for the work done. When he came to do the job, he was diligent, friendly, and respectful keeping the area tidy. He clearly takes pride in his work and did a beautiful job installing our herringbone LVT. We have an oddly shaped hallway but no shortcuts were taken and every detail was considered. We had a material shortage due to the way click LVT is installed (my fault). Abdul could have chosen not to complete the job that day, but it is testament to his character that he proposing a very labour intensive solution which resulted in him working until 10 PM to finish. The quality was not compromised at all and we now have an immaculate (finished) floor. He is a pleasure to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

He also built some practical yet beautiful cabinets for our washer/dryer/cleaning supplies. Most importantly for us, he understood that we were on a time line with a baby due so he stayed late and worked weekends to ensure he didn't overrun.
