Jack came on time and did what I asked. There was an issue with my curtain poles, which fell a few times after he put them up.. I contacted Jack promptly and he came every time to fix them so they wouldn't fall. So overall, I'm happy with what Jack did as he came straight back to resolve the issue... Also, Jack said that his work is guaranteed... So perfect! Will call him again if needed in future.
