Latest review:Drawings were comprehensive and clear and planning permission was painless. Paper drawings were not supplied as requested and builder needed additional drawing for roof.
Dave and his crew were simply amazing! From the first visit, we clicked immediately. Dave was sympathetic to the design of the large garden wall and went well beyond our expectations in restoring it to its former glory. His advice and suggestions were spot on and worked so well. When the job was bigger than expected, (my mistake, not Dave’s) he just kept working and smiling. After they finished, the clean up was perfect. I will certainly be bringing them back for more work - but in the mean time, I've invited them back for a garden BBQ - now tell me, how many times would someone do that if they weren't completely thrilled with the work. They gave 110% and it shows! Thanks, Dave for everything – and let me say, Beresford will fly high!

Latest review:After a number of quotes for our extension we used IPC construction for our extension as the price quoted was very reasonable in comparison to other companies. We were also impressed with Ian's pleasant nature and he convinced us that he was very capable of completing the job. Over the course of the extension that was originally planned for around £40000 we added so many extras because the amounts quoted were extremely competitive and had a much larger extension built and improvements to our garden, bathroom and kitchen. All of our neighbours commented on the consideration of IPC during the work. We are very happy with our extension and would recommend Ian for future work. Simon and Sonja
