Luke was excellent. Always polite and on time. Worked had to get the work complete to a very good standard. Have some other projects and will definitely use him.

The job was delayed for over one year due to outside circumstances. Cascade continued to provide helpful contact through this period. When we were able to issue them with an order they completed the job quickly and efficiently. They provided a detailed report and site photographs to show details of the buried works plus the new kiosk installation. We carry out all drainage installs and relining and patch lining, we also carry all ground works from shed bases / fencing to full garden landscapes. We have built up a very good portfolio and do everything in our power to keep our customers happy.
Paid Reece over 1k deposit and agreed a date to commence a follow up piece of work. When the start date arrived, Reece didn't show. Never heard from him on the day and the number was no longer valid. Contacted mybuilder and they just ignored me even though I had photo evidence.
