Lee was patient at explaining the issue with my broken water heater and options we have to ensure a longer term replacement. He came and work diligently to install a new water cylinder in a tight space. It is tricky to get hold of him after a job has been completed and paid though. Despite being relatively new to MyBuilder, I had no hesitation in hiring Liam to complete the job. His communication was excellent and very reasonably priced, he even went as far as to send me receipts for all the parts purchased, even though this was unnecessary as I thought his quote was very fair. As is the way sometimes, another problem was discovered with our boiler during Liam’s visit, which meant he stayed way beyond the time he would’ve allocated to complete the initial job, nevertheless, he undertook and fixed the issue, and remained affable!
