Firstly, Syed and his workmate were very responsive and provided a quick turnaround for making appointment. Secondly, they were always on time. This seems obvious but I’ve been so shocked at how much people do not really care about being in time. They were spot on and so professional. Thirdly, their inspection and work schedule were clear and easy to understand. Also no hidden cost. Finally, they conducted their work smoothly and as scheduled. We called Tom out to service the boiler in our new house, but alas it turned out to be even more decrepit than expected and he had to put it out of its misery and install a new one. He went above and beyond to find a temporary fix to win us time to save up for a heat-pump later this year, and when that plan fell through was open, honest, and diligent about finding us a decent replacement that was within our very depleted post-move budget. (The heat pump has been put on hold, but we will be calling Tom back when our financial ducks are in a row). He was also so good as to identify a number of necessary but non-urgent jobs that he could do for us in one go so as to save on call-out costs. Lovely chap, clearly very knowledgeable and happy to discuss his work, a pleasure to have working in our home.

I was looking for a new boiler to replace an old one and had previously got a quote from a well know company which was unsatisfactory .
