Imran was absolutely brilliant. He confirmed that he would come to us on the day, and although he got held up at another job for hours, he kept in contact and still kept his promise and came out to us at 10pm. He was really friendly and helpful, advised us of all our options. He made contact at the time he promised the next day. He cleaned up what little mess he made and takes pride in his work. Alan contacted me promptly and arranged for free quote which was very competitive with plenty of choice, alternatives. Alan was very knowledgeable and knows his trade well (others have been let downs in areas of timeliness and recommendations/choices). Alan arranged a time and date to suit me and replaced my boiler within one day including removing my old cylinder including pipework and frame. It was so professional from start to finish I came home and you wouldn't know the job had been done.....very tidy. I am very pleased with the craftsmanship and courtesy respect for your home. It was really nice to hire Mike for the job. Everything was done to a professional standard. Communication was not a problem either. Mike continuously updated me to keep me informed leading to the date of the job. My only regret is that I did not hire Mike for my previous jobs because he would have done so much better and would have been more reliable.
