Excellent and honest service. Jack was able to diagnose the issue on my Hot Water Cylinder with ease. The original instalation was commissioned by British Gas and after calling them back on two occasions they could not rectify the issue. Jack took one look and told me it had not been installed in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and told me everything that was wrong. He told me to contact British Gas and tell them about the poor installation. They immediately came round and took responsibility. Jack saved me alot of money with his honesty and professional advice. Dale was a superb find. Being new to the area and discovering leaks in a newly bought house the day before Christmas Eve we feared the worst. However Dale was swift to respond, came checked everything, and replaced what was needed to get us through Christmas without any concerns.
