Matt done a great job with the supply and fitting of our composite decking as well as staircase renovation. Matt leaves the work area tidy, he’s polite, professional and don’t drink to much tea/ coffee. I would definitely recommend him and if Im needed to, I’ll use him in the future Slightly went over the time scale given by one day but we gave him a lot of jobs. Before and after picture attached

Ian was very punctual and polite. I was very happy with his standard of work, price, and work ethics. Not only did he do the job requested, but did an extra couple of bits for a small extra charge. Job was completed quickly and I was updated throughout with progress. Updates made on the fly to improve the finish of the work. Cleaned up after finishing the job which is always appreciated. This work incorporates test and inspection of properties (change of tenancy/insurance purposes), new installations, extensions, rewires, new fuse boards and kitchens. I am part P registered under the competent person scheme with NAPIT plus have 30 years experience within the industry.
He fixed the ceiling switch but didn't come back to fit a new wall lamp above the sink. I think he is busy. Now I'm having some 'budget price windows' fitted while letting the ceiling dry out for longer. About the water leak from flat above I changed my mind because the person's involved said that 'they will not alter the pipes and yes it could happen again' so I don't want to spend over £1000 on builders because at the moment the ceiling seems strong enough.
