This person is very unprofessional and traits not responding my calls and messages installed 2 locks absolutely not know what he is doing destroyed my both doors and and installed totally wrong place and direction and he was supposed to install 6 door lock but then saying will come next day and fix doors with paint and super glu and later will install remaining and never turned up not responding to calls and messages and took money in advance which he is supposed to return and also pay for my loss … I am not going to spare him at all. Tony if you are reading my reviews it’s better to come and fix which you destroyed also pay my money back hope you understand and solve this problem ASAP amicably otherwise I will go through help centre . I was very pleased with David from the outset. He he gave a very competitive quote and kept me fully informed throughout the process. When it came to the installation, the job was completed promptly and and efficiently. The two installers kept the mess and disruption to a minimum. Im a qualified carpenter, domestic plumber and do know how to use a hoover (favourite tool) and a dustpan and brush. I have a range of skills including painting & decorating, fencing/gates, upvc door and window repairs. I undertake all aspects of work, big or small. In my spare time I like wood carving, making simple furniture designs and have had some of my carvings exhibited in Kingsand art gallery (see pics). So pretty handy with a chisel.
