No-one else even wrote to say they couldn't do it. We set a time and day for him to come. He was on time and did the job well. He was tidy and organised. He suggested how to maintain our gas hob to avoid the issue again for what we called him out for. We asked him advice about plumbing and he helped us understand.He was informative, polite and respectful.
