I used JDM for a tenant property where the toilet was not flushing and overflowing (Sunday). I sent over a number of photos to JDM and he understood what the job was but also identified another issue with the pipework. 24 hours later (Monday) all was fixed. He sent me a number of photos and a video of the work he carried out and it looked professional which was later confirmed with the tenant. I will most definitely be using JDM again and sharing his details with other fellow landlords in Colchester. 10/10 Communication 10/10 Timekeeping 10/10 Price 10/10 Knowledge

I have been renovating my house for a considerable number of years and all the more major plumbing works have been completed by Peter Binks. He is not only extremely proficient as a plumber but is able to turn his hand to other building works which he has also completed in my home i.e. laying a completely new floor to create a new utility room extension. His works have always been of the highest standard and his prices are very competitive. I have never had any problems once Peter has completed his works. He is a very hard working man who I have found to be extremely honest and trustworthy and approachable. He is able to get the work done in the time he says it will take and on budget. He is extremely courteous and respectable and shows respect and consideration for both you and your home. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Peter Binks which I find is rare these days.

Tom was brilliant. Start to finish! Honestly can’t recommend him enough. His communication was super friendly and overally helpful with options to what I could do with my issue. He quoted all 3 so allowed me to make my own decision. No pressure from him. Timescale of the work was super quick too. After having multiple plumbers tell me no options other than replacement. He was about to problem solve and within budget. Will be returning to Tom for any plumbing needs and would strongly encourage others to do the same. Finally found a reliable, good comms, good knowledge plumber!!
