Seemed like a nice guy. He came out looked at the job said he would do it knowing my customer was about to have a baby and needed hot water and heating. I bought thousands of pounds of materials and items ready for him got everything how he wanted it. Then he never turned up and stopped answering text messages or miss calls. Very disappointing.

I can’t rate this company high enough they completely refurbished my brothers bathroom and have absolutely transformed it. Nothing was to much trouble we had ordered wrong shower they returned it and picked a new one for us. They were so tidy all the time and all their staff were really good. We are hoping to get them to do some more work for us in the future.

I recently moved into a new house and was recommended Andy to remove and replace the existing boiler, the entire heating system and all of the plumbing. He worked around my schedule to get it finished whilst I was out at work and even stayed late some nights to be sure that he could leave the water on once I’d moved into the house. I now have a fantastic heating system with separate circuits for the upstairs, downstairs and bathrooms and the shower is amazing! Andy was polite and professional throughout and I would highly recommend him.

Arjun seemed like a very nice guy. He visited the property to inspect the issue and prepare a quote, and he even kindly brought me some homemade Indian food (!). I paid him a £130 deposit to cover the cost of materials, but unfortunately, he never returned to complete the work. He has not provided a receipt for the parts he claimed to have purchased, and he is no longer answering my calls. It’s very disappointing, and I’ll now need to find another plumber.
