He was quick to respond, tried his very best to keep alive an old boiler for me, was very fair with his pricing, and went above and beyond to help sort things out as cheaply and quickly as possible. He sent me videos of problems as I couldn’t be there for much of his work which helped me understand the issues and to build trust. I would not hestitate to recommend and will obviously use George on every future job I have. Thank you George!

Latest review:Plumbing-Jim is friendly, good at explaining everything and happy to take his time to make sure we were happy with all the work - even following up a few days later to check all was ok. His invoice was easy and clear with lots of information showing us exactly what it was we were being charged for. We will use Jim again for any plumbing jobs. For info, he sorted out a noisy radiator, carried out a boiler service, replaced some old and worn out parts to fix two radiators as well as gave us advice on other maintenance we could consider to improve our central heating system (should we wish to).

He turned up to all appointments on time, gave an extremely competitive quote and clearly explained the challenges and issues we had to consider with any potential additional costs. He also gave us a number of boiler options highlighting the one he thought was the most suitable (and he also explained why). The removal of the old boiler and installation of the new was carried out over two days. After each day the work area was left clean and tidy. The work was finished within the scheduled time and although Jamie offered to come back and rectify any issues, we had no need for that as everything works perfectly! Jamie was very professional and easy to deal with and we highly recommend him!
