I am Rugeley based but can travel to most areas around the midlands. I believe that a good job doesn’t have to be expensive and leave every job finished as I would want it doing at my own house.

Darren has done an excellent job of removing old grouting and replacing around cobbles. He worked really hard through hot weather and we are very pleased with the finished result. Sam was a nice guy, however despite booking a month in advance there was a 2 week delay starting. It was a 2 day job for decking and slabbing. He also took on another job on at the same time which meant that he turned up for 30 mins or so every few days. He forgot measurements and as he had other jobs going on at the same time and forgot what was agreed or specifically requested which got frustrating when he was digging up fresh turf that didn’t need removing. We did have everything by text but that made no difference. With all of these errors Sam requested that in order to finish the job id need to pay double what he quoted in order to finish the job - we were mid way through and my garden was all dug up like a patchwork quilt from all the errors he made and this was 3 weeks later! Even then, he said he wouldn’t be able to complete the job for another week. Needless to say I terminated his services as enough was enough. Sam made promises time and time again that he simply didn’t deliver on.
