Chris was very responsive and professional during the initial consultation, and he completed the job within the agreed timeline, which I appreciated. However, issues arose after the work was completed, as some slabs began moving and rocking when stepped on. Initially, Chris assured me that he would address these problems, but he ultimately did not follow through on this promise. Instead, he attributed the issue to me stepping on the slabs too soon after installation, which was never communicated as a concern at the time. On one occasion, he claimed his son was outside the property to fix the problem, but this turned out to be untrue. While Chris demonstrated efficiency and communication at the start, his handling of these issues raised concerns about integrity and accountability. For this reason, I would be hesitant to recommend his services.

The job was carried out quickly and professionally Kevin and his partner were pleasant and cheerful whilst working. We worked together rearranging the climber to it's new location. They even helped with the transfer of garden structures which was not part of the job.
