Work was carried out when required and to a good standard and even returned two days later to carry out a couple of small alterations for me that were required to accommodate other work that was unforeseen when carried out. Initial communication with Darren was clear and straightforward. He managed to give me an appointment fairly quickly. On the day he arrived on time, was polite , professional and easy to get along with. He explained what he did and carried out the work to the agreed price. I have absolutely no problem recommending him and would gladly have him back, should the need arise. One issue- after phone calls and messages asking for an invoice and being promised one more than once, one was never sent!!!!!
